Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

During promotional events or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:

United Arab Emirates: 5–12 business days

GCC Countries: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable conditions will be displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after dispatch.
Multiple Shipments
As we operate using a dropshipping fulfillment model, items ordered together may be shipped separately from different suppliers or warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the address. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be re-shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Delivery Confirmation
Once the courier marks a package as delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If you believe your package was incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
